Larry Darnell Carlisle was born August 7, 1952 in Jefferson, Texas to Matthew Carlisle and Laura Delores Morrow Carlisle. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized.
Larry was educated in the Harleton Independent School District and graduated from Harleton High School.
In 1984, he united in marriage to Maggie Davis of Eldorado, Arkansas.
To this union no children were born.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and two siblings.
He leave to cherish his memories a loving wife and caregiver Maggie Davis.
Two children, Larry Carlisle, Jr.and Patricia Carlisle both of Marshall, Texas.
Two stepdaughters and Two stepsons all of Marshall, Texas
One brother Matthew (Wanda) Carlisle, Jr. of DeSoto, Texas.
Sisters Mary (Al) Choutka of Dallas, Texas, Willene Green of Dallas, Texas, Angelia (Arthur) Sherrod of Corinth, Texas and Lisa Carlisle of Longview, Texas.
A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
